Budget-friendly price point, convenient room configurations, functional amenities such as microwaves and fridges
Carpets really need to be cleaner!!! Mold in the shower was a big letdown. The small shower with poor water flow doesn’t cut it. I’d suggest better maintenance overall!!!

This place had three queen beds, so that was good for our group. But man, the decor was stuck in the 70s with that blue tub and sink—kind of funny, but also a bit worn. No AC but a fan worked fine for fall temps. The carpet had some weird stains, and that mattress had a questionable mark which I didn't notice until morning. The shower was okay, nice pressure but hot water faded fast. Pretty basic overall.

Charming Stay with a Personal Touch
I enjoyed my short visit in this cozy motel. The owners' pride in maintaining the property showed! The room, while compact, offered a delightful evening ambiance. Guests can explore local attractions, so plan outdoor adventures during the day! Don’t miss the nearby café for breakfast—it’s a gem!

Just a fine choice for a quick break in Reedsport with value for price. Having two queen beds worked out perfectly after a long day on the road. Try to explore the local attractions while you're there.

Free wi-fi and 24-hour reception were great. Room was a bit dated.

The free Wi-Fi was a huge plus, keeping us connected. After exploring local gems like the Umpqua Discovery Center and the scenic coastline, it was nice to come back to a room with two queen beds. The check-in process was smooth too, which made our trip even better.
The experience was slightly hindered by the outdated decor and thin walls, which made it hard to avoid noise from our neighbors.

i stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the clean room and fresh sheets. the hot water in the shower was great for relaxation after a long drive, and the decent wi-fi speed helped me catch up on some work. overall, it exceeded my expectations for a budget place.
the parking lot was too small.

During my short stay, I found the receptionists to be incredibly cheerful and welcoming, which made for a nice arrival. The room was clean, though I did notice a hair on the towel in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. I appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet ambiance, perfect for rest after spending time at the nearby Umpqua Discovery Center. However, I was let down that coffee wasn't available in the morning, and the ice machine was out of order. Overall, the pleasant customer service helped elevate my experience even amidst those minor inconveniences.

Single travelers choose it for its service
Went to this place for a one night stay it was sufficient. The receptionists was really nice greeted me with a smile and helped with my questions. Clean room I appreciated the fridge and microwave that really helped me settle in. Plus, the bathroom had great hot water pressure which made showers enjoyable.
Wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable.
